Block Calls from a Phone Number/Contact:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Decline and reject calls”
- Tap “Reject calls from” > “+”
- Follow one of the steps below:
- To block a phone number or call log entry: tap it and press “Done”
- To block a contact: select it and tap “Done”
- To block a new phone number: enter it and tap “Save”
Unblock Calls:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Tap “Decline and reject calls” > “Reject calls from”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon and select the phone number you want to remove
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm
Block Messages:
- Open “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers”
- Choose whether or not you want to “Delete all messages of the selected number”
- Tap “Yes”
Unblock Messages:
- Launch “Messaging”
- Tap “Menu” > “Spam manager”
- Go to “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers”
- Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Delete” > “Yes”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings” and tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming Call”, tap “Call forwarding”
- Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
- Tap “Turn on” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Settings”
- Tap “Call”
- Under “Incoming call” tap “Call forwarding”
- Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls when “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Update” / “Turn on”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Settings”
- Tap “Call” > “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
- Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
