Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu
  2. Tap “Call settings” > “Call blocking & decline with message
  3. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+” and perform one of the following steps:
    • To block a call log entry: select it and tap “Done
    • To block a contact: select it and tap “Done
    • To block a phone number: enter it in the appropriate field and tap “Save

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
  3. Tap “call blocking & decline with message
  4. Access “Blocked numbers” and select the number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Delete” > “Yes

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Register spam numbers
  3. Choose whether to “Delete all messages of the selected number
  4. Tap “Yes” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Spam numbers
  3. Tap “Spam settings” > “Spam numbers
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Press “Delete” > “Yes” to confirm

Block Messaging via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & options
  4. Tap “Block [phone number/contact]”

NOTE: The blocked contact/phone number and future messages will be archived. Additionally, you will no longer receive notifications for archived messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked contacts
  3. Tap “Unblock

NOTE: The contacts and message thread will be removed from archives.

Manage Caller ID Settings:

  1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu
  2. Access “Call settings
  3. Tap “More” > “Additional settings
  4. Go to “Caller ID” and select “Network default”, “Hide number” or “Show number

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or tap “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
  5. Tap “Turn ON

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Call settings
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
  5. Under “Forward if”, select to forward incoming calls when “Unreachable”, “Unanswered” or “Busy
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or tap “Contacts” and select the desired contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Update” / “Turn On

Turn OFF Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding
  4. If needed, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Turn OFF” to confirm
