Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “call logs” tab and tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call settings”
  4. Under “General”, tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  6. Select “Contact”, “Call logs” or “New number”
  7. Enter/select the phone number you want to block and tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Under “General”, tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and press the “trash can” icon associated with the phone number(s) you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Remove” two times to confirm

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the message sent by the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Block number” > “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Message blocking” under “General”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “trash can” and select the phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove” to confirm

View and Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”
  4. Tap “Clear all” again to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access the “Call logs” section
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “Advanced”, tap “More”
  5. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
  7. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs” and tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “More”
  4. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Turn off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and access “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Under “Advanced” tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if”, select “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Update”, or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “Call logs” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  6. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
  7. Tap “Turn Off”
