Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access the “Call logs” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  6. Go to “contacts”, “Call logs” or “New number”
  7. Select or enter the phone number you want to block
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “General”, tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Incoming Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap the message sent by the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings”
  3. Under “General”, tap “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can tap “Contacts” and select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More”
  5. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding” > “Always forward”
  6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “Advanced”, tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if”, select “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” or tap “Contacts” and select an existing contact
  8. Tap “Turn On” to confirm

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access the “Call logs” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Under “Others”, tap “Call forwarding”
  6. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”
  4. Tap “Clear call” a second time for confirmation
