    Clear App Cache/Data:

NOTE: If one of your apps crashes, freezes, takes up too much storage inexplicably or otherwise doesn’t work as intended, you can try fixing these issues by clearing the app’s cache or data.

WARNING! When you clear an app’s data, all your personal information stored within the app will be deleted, including media files and settings, save files, user profiles, credit card and login information. To avoid losing personal app data, clear ONLY the app’s cache.

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Access the “General” tab
    3. Under “Phone management”, tap “Apps
    4. Select the desired app and tap “Storage
    5. Tap “Clear cache
    6. If necessary, tap “Storage” > “Clear data” > “OK” to confirm

    Clear the Phone’s Cache Partition:

NOTE: In case your phone freezes, crashes, or otherwise doesn’t work as intended and you’re planning on factory resetting it, alternatively you can try and fix these issues by clearing the phone’s cache partition. This can yield results similar to a factory reset, without losing any personal data stored on the device.

    1. Launch “Settings
    2. Go to the “General” tab
    3. Tap “Storage” under “Phone management
    4. Go to “Internal storage” and wait for the phone to finish calculating the data
    5. Tap “Cached data” > “Clear” to confirm

NOTE: If clearing the cache partition didn’t help, you can check this thread for a guide on how to factory reset the phone instead.

Enable Safe Mode and Uninstall an App:

NOTE: In case you have installed a third-party app that causes issues and prevents you from removing it, you should be able to uninstall the app from Safe Mode. In this mode, all third party apps are disabled by default. To reboot the device in Safe Mode

    1. Press and hold “Power” while viewing the home screen
    2. In the power management pop-up, tap and hold “Power off
    3. At the “Restart in Safe Mode” prompt, tap “OK
    4. Wait for the phone to reboot. Once done, a “Safe Mode” watermark should be visible in the lower area of the screen
    5. To uninstall an app, first open “Settings
    6. Go to the “General” tab and tap “Phone Management
    7. Tap “Apps” and select the desired app
    8. Tap “Uninstall” > “OK” to confirm
    9. To exit Safe Mode, press and hold “Power” and tap “Power off and restart

Re: LG Q6: Clear App Cache/Data; Wipe the Cache Partition; Reboot to Safe Mode

Thanks for the article, it actually helped me! I thought it was all because of the update that I installed, and that it was the fault of developers because I worked with many developers that weren't good enough. I still don't believe that I managed to find a decent ecommerce company that helped me develop an online store, but It really took me some time.
