Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  5. Select “Contacts”, “New number” or “Call logs”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to block or select it from the logs or contacts list
  7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message” under “General”
  5. Access “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Select the message sent by the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “trash can” icon next to the phone number whose messages you want to unblock
  6. Tap “remove” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. From the “Call logs” screen, tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
  7. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Scroll to “Advanced”
  5. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  6. Under “Forward if”, select “Unanswered”, “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  7. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  8. Tap “Update” / “Enable”
  9. Select an existing account and tap “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “Advanced”, tap “More”
  5. Scroll to “Others” and tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  7. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
