Block Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “General” tap “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  6. Select “New number”, “Contact” or “Call logs”
  7. Enter the phone number you want to block or select the desired call log entry
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Under “General”, access “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Go to “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove”

Block Messages:

  1. Launch Messaging
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Settings”
  4. Tap “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “trash can” icon associated with the phone number whose messages you want to unblock
  6. Tap “remove” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access the “Call logs” screen
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Scroll to “Advanced” and tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Under “Forward if”, select “Unreachable”, “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Enable” / “Update”
  8. Select an existing account and tap “Turn on”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding” under “Others”
  6. Select the forwarding option you want to disable and tap “Turn Off”
