Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” and tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call blocking & Decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” > “+”
  5. Select “Contacts” “New number” or “Call logs”
  6. Enter the phone number you want to block or select an entry from the call log
  7. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Access “Blocked numbers”
  6. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  7. Tap “Remove”

Block Messages:

  1. Open Messaging
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block number”
  4. Tap “Block”

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Message blocking” > “Blocked numbers”
  4. Tap the “Trash can” icon associated with the phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Remove” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Access “More” under “Advanced”
  5. Tap “Call forwarding”
  6. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Scroll to “Advanced”
  5. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  6. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy’
  7. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  8. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm
  9. Select an existing account and tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable, if necessary
  6. Tap “Turn off” to confirm
