Clear an App Cache/Data:

NOTE: If one of your applications freezes, crashes, takes up too much storage inexplicably or otherwise doesn’t work as intended, you can try fixing these problems by clearing the app’s cache or data.

  1. Launch “Settings
  2. Access “Phone management
  3. Go to “General” and tap “Apps
  4. Select the desired app and tap “Storage” > “Clear cache
  5. If clearing the cache didn’t fix the issues, tap “Clear data” > “OK” (read WARNING above)

  1. Launch “Settings” and go to “Phone management
  2. Tap “Storage
  3. Tap “Internal storage
  4. After the phone finished calculating the data, tap “Cached data
  5. Tap “Clear” to confirm

NOTE: If clearing the cache partition didn’t help, you can check this thread for instructions on how to factory reset the phone.
