Clear App Cache/Data:

NOTE: If one of your apps freezes, crashes, doesn’t work as intended or takes up too much storage inexplicably, you can try fixing these issues by clearing the app cache or data.

  2. Go to the “General” tab
  3. Scroll to and go to “Apps
  4. Select the desired app
  5. Tap “Storage” > “Clear cache

  3. Tap “Storage” > “Internal storage
  4. Wait for the phone to finish calculating the data
  5. Tap “Cached data” > “Clear

  4. Once the phone reboots, a “Safe Mode” watermark should be shown in the lower area of the home screen
  5. To remove the app, go to “Settings” and then access “Apps” under “Phone Management
  6. Tap “Apps” and select the desired app
  7. Tap “Uninstall” > “OK
  8. After the app has been removed, exit Safe Mode by rebooting your phone as you normally do
