Clear App Cache/Data:

NOTE: If one of your apps doesn’t work as intended, it freezes, crashes, or takes up too much storage inexplicably, you can try solving these issues by clearing the app’s cache/data.

WARNING! When you clear an app’s data, all your personal data stored within the app will be deleted. This includes save files, user profiles, login information, custom settings etc. To avoid losing personal app data, clear ONLY the app’s cache.

  1. Open “Settings
  2. Go to “General” and tap “Apps
  3. Select the desired app
  4. Go to “Storage” and tap “Clear cache
  5. If clearing the app cache didn’t solve the issue, tap “Clear data” > “OK” (check the warning above)

  2. Go to “Phone Management
  3. Tap “Storage” > “Internal storage
  4. Wait for the phone to finish calculating the data
  5. Tap “Cached data” > “Clear

NOTE: If clearing the cache partition didn’t solve the issues, you can visit this thread for a guide on factory resetting the device.

  6. Select the desired app and tap “Uninstall” > “OK
