Hi everyone

I have a problem with my phone. I would describe it but I looked for it online and seems to be more common than I expected, so I will use one of the videos that I found

Also I realised that sometimes, after reboot the phone, it appears a message saying that some process is going wrong and it needs to close. I cancel that process and the phone works fine for a while. then it starts going bad again. but it is strange that the phone does not work in safe mode either.
