Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap ‘Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message”
  5. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  6. Access “Call logs” “Contacts” or tap “new number”
  7. Enter or select the phone number/contact you want to block
  8. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove”

Block Messages:

  1. Open “Mesasging”
  2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Open “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon linked with the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu’ > “Call settings”
  4. Under “Advanced” tap “More”
  5. Access “Call forwarding”
  6. Enable “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact
  7. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if” select “Unreachable” “Unanswered” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select a contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Tap “more” under “Advanced” and go to “Call forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off”
