Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Phone” and access “Call Logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call blocking & decline with message”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and select “Call logs” “Contacts” or “New number”
  5. Add the phone number you want to block or select the desired contact
  6. Tap “Done”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs” > “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Access “Call blocking & Decline with messages”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers”
  5. Tap the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Remove”

Block Incoming Messages from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap the conversation exchanged with the contact or phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
  4. Tap “Block” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

  1. Launch “Messaging”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Message blocking”
  4. Tap “Blocked numbers” and touch the “Trash can” icon next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Clear all”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Expand “Advanced” and tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select an existing contact
  5. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings” > “More”
  4. Access “Call forwarding” and tap “Turn Off”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and go to “Call logs”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “More” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Under “Forward if” select “Unanswered” “Unreachable” or “Busy”
  5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding or select an existing contact from the phonebook
  6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Access “Call logs”
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Call settings”
  4. Expand “Advanced” and tap “Call Forwarding”
  5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
