Wow, MetroPCS is so great. Way better than Boost, better plans, better customer service (the guy in the store by my house is Marc Luchejko, I won't talk to anyone else but him, he's the best), and a large phone selection. I have Marc's biz card if ne1 needs his number or how to get to his store. It's in Rockledge, FL

Re: Switch to MetroPCS, I'm so happy

I found a cell phone company called Buzzirk that provides flat rate unlimited nationwide and global calling plans. I have metro as well and love the service but the only problem that when I go outside of my calling area, I can't get service without being charged a high roaming rate. With Buzzirk, I never have to worry about roaming and I never have to count minutes, even if I travel outside of the country.

Metro is Great if you primarily stay in your calling area but if you do any kind of traveling, Buzzirk is the next best thing. If you'd like to take a look at the calling plans, visit the site in my signature.

    Take Care,

Nice job Marc, why don't you just tell everyone that you're desperate for a Metro sale.

On Metro though, sure it's a good company to choose if you like dropped calls, poor service, and hidden charges. What good are unlimited minutes if you can't complete a phone call?

    Get Boost.

Wait until your first problem or issue.

MetroPCS sucks terrible horrible customer service.

For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.

Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at SwensonStudio.com/MetroPCS.htm

Unfortunately some of these cheaper providers, such as Cricket Wireless and MetroPCS, are lacking decent customer service. It would be nice if they'd invest a little more money in customer service. There are some people that stay with some of the more expensive contract carriers just because they know if there is a problem that it will be taken care of.

wow, I have heard so many horror stories about both: MetroPCS and Boost Mobile. I am considering changing phone services and plans but this is not very encouraging. what I am deeply concerned with is customer service , a company that does not invest in good people to deal with their customers cannot be a valuable system. what other alternatives are out there?
