    This pretty much means Metro PCS is the carrier, MMS Gateway is what enables the phone to send picture text.

    The phone if it's not a Metro PCS must be programmed with it's MMS gateway in order to work.

    I have since found that mms.metropcs.net is the mms gateway to send to in the form of an email address to send a picture msg: [email protected]
