So I just got my phone today and I was told that I would be able to text at my house through roaming services but every time I try to send a text I get a message saying Delivery Failure: Network Problems, and it persists. Also, I haven't received a text recently so I know it's also not letting them come in. Anyone else have this problem or a way to fix it?
