Info: ZTE Agent file formats etc.

I just helped a friend get a ZTE agent for his metropcs account. Must say for such a small package it seems to offer quite a lot, only thing he can wish for more would be a bigger screen (fifty and bad eyes like the rest of us oldsters) but the screen is still a lot bigger than a lot of other phones in that price range. The loopt is cool and the metro navigator is also cool, I put loopt on my smart phone and now we can locate each other, we wanted that for road trips in case the vehicles ended up separated on the highway.

Of course he wants to deal with the pictures and videos he takes on the phone and play mp3 files on the phone.

It's cool that the windows mass media driver treats the phone like a thumb drive but even though we can get a directory we can't find the picture or sound files that we know are on there someplace (camera set to default to memory card always). I'm hoping someone can shed some light on file formats and where they may be hiding on the phone.

Any hints appreciated. I know we can get the pictures off attached to text or email but it would be a lot easier if we can just download the stuff off the memory card instead...
