Help!!!!!!!!!!

That always get attention LOL. Seriously how can one determine if there is spyware install on his/her device. I recently let someone use my phone, and ever since it's been acting very unusual. It echoes a lot and sometime I go o pick it up after it sitting idle for a while and it's like I picked up a hot cup of tea.
