Need a free app thats tracks sms messages?

I need a FREE app that I can put on my phone so I can see sms messeages being sent to someone elses phone even if they delete them. I've been trying to keep track of my lil sis tryna monitor her but she deletes all her messages out bher phone I heard it was a app that I can download for free on my phone and I can just use her imei number to see who she's been talking to does anybody know a good app.
