Backtracking or Keylogging iphone 5?

My teenage sister was addicted to drugs and alcohol. My parents had to send her to a boarding school. She was using my little brothers iPhone5 where she logined with her facebook and twitter/instagram account. I was wondering if there is any way that we can track the device or install a keylogger app to control it? That is to say, is there a way we can find out her passwords are so we will know what she is going to do?

We want to figure out her true deeds and intentions through the messages on the iPhone. She is definitely a liar and is not honest during the therapy calls. I want to know if there here a way to find out previous usage history. I know that there is app which is used to spy children. How ever, it can't backtrack the previous history.

I know it will invade her privacy. However, as the people who love her and have her best interests at heart, we have a right to know the fact, especially that we paid for the phone. By the way, it is through verizon.
