There's only one I know of. This will help you to track instagram activity history . I noticed that popular bloggers get a lot of likes, it was pretty weird. Then I found out that the likes are bought on https://megafamous.com/buy-instagram-likes to get as much attention to those posts as possible. I also think that if you have money and don't want to spend a lot of time promoting your account. I'm sure my advice will help you.

There are a lot of apps that allow you to track a certain person on Instagram. But as I know, most of them require to follow them or to have them as a follower. Maybe the newer versions of these apps don't need that anymore, but I'm not sure about that. I remember that someone also tried to track my account right after I bought some likes and followers from 1394TA. I did that as I wanted to boost my account as I had a "dream," I wanted to become a freaking blogger, an influencer. Honestly, it went fine until I understood that I had to post more content.
