It looks like a fix may be coming on Dec 11th:

Specifically...
- If you're required to press SEND first to initiate the 3 way call this currently will not work since the FLASH command is not supported
- If call waiting is received prior to the 3 way call then 3 way calling will not be able to be initiated for the rest of the call - you can hang up and try again
- When a 3 way call is in session there is a + Add Call option, however it doesn't work
According to the bulletin the above will be fixed.

u have to go 2 ur home screen & hold the call button then a list will pop up choose wat u want history or contact push on who u want 2 call then 2 hang up back 2 ur home screen and push ur call button which is now the person u call it will hang up then if u want ur call button back 2 the ph logo hold down it again the list will pop back up scroll down 2 the bottom u will c ur call button push it and ur call button is back 2 normal droid razor
