What image sizes should I use for my Razr for contact photos and wallpapers?

I'm trying to customize my Razor and I'd like to find out the best image size for contact photos and wallpapers. Anyone have any recommendations on height and width on these?

Also anyone know how to create Themes for the phone?

Think I'm getting warm. Looks like the top screen is 96x80 and the large bottom screen is 176x220. I found these at:

If anyone came across this post in a search, hopefully this will help. What I ended up doing is creating a template in Photoshop of the screens. The importance of it is so you know where the navigation bar and other icons are going to display on your image. Then I'll bring images into the template and size them properly as well as align them how I want. Nobody ever responded here so I figure I would post what worked for me. Hope it helps.
