The real draw for me was the "real time video messaging, 2 mega pixle camera, and the zero-click access, even the name sounds cool. (zero-click access) ohh yeah and the instantaneous download and veiwing and 3-d graphics the list goes on ....... My heads going to explode.

if you are running off of what is on engadget dont get your hopes up

If they don't get around to it, then this phone won't be available until they do. The V3X is the American version of the phone, so it's already been changed.
Endgadget relied on a photograph of the v3x that included the cingular logo. That does not mean that it's coming to cingular.
More importantly, Cingular doesn't have the network to support the V3x, and the V3x doesn't have the features to work in the US, including 850GSM, and 1900UMTS. You can post all the pictures you want, but until there's a model of that phone with those features, this phone is not destined for US Shores.
and from that engadget article:

and that they’d only slated a WCDMA 2100 version of the device (i.e. Asia and Europe). We suppose that could truly be the case since the device was supposed to be tri-band GSM
As I've said hundereds of times, there is no evidence from motorola that the V1150/V3x will come to the US, and no evidence as of yet that the v3x will be remade to be launched in the US.
It doesn't make sense to launch a flagship phone like that without the network behind it, and Cingular doesn't have their UMTS network up. It's been stated that they're going to HSDPA, and even the 6 markets running ATTWS UMTS don't have HSDPA.
