I've seen where the V3 has a speakerphone, and I'm wondering how well it works. Would it work for a handsfree in the car so I wouldn't need to worry about getting a headset?

If you have your windows rolled up and radio turned down, ac is ok, but other than that yeah.

You'll be much better off using a Bluetooth headset....

I find the speaker phone to be ok for casual conversations where you can ask a person 'What ...?" or 'can u repeat that'. If you are doing serious talk then you should use a handsfree set.
