    Please help me, i been able to upload ringtones to my phone though the usb cable and mobile phone tools before, but now it wont take in my phone. Please help me.

    It says that it wont accept or send anything and a little phone image is displayed surrounded by a prohibition.

    I did do a live update, but it still doesnt work. When i go to the Mobile Explorer, the transfer buttons cannot be selected, and it freezes.

    Make sure that your phone has been detected and is installed (you should see an icon showing this by your time)

    ??? Hmmmm Did you disable your firewall or maybe it may take a sec longer than expected mine takes about a min or so.
