Hi, when my RAZR (black, OEM) rings and the bluetooth headset (bt800) is turned off, if I turn it on to answer the call the caller gets forwarded to my voicemail.
Is there a problem with my phone? The headset?
Thanks

I just tested this with an buddy's Moto HS820, and i was able to turn on the headset and answer. So it must be the Jabra.

Is the turning on of BT same as pressing a key on the phone? If so, then maybe switching it on makes it 'ignore' the call and it goes to voicemail.

that was it!
the power button is the same as the reject button. I was holding it down to long. so now if i just make sure i dont hold it too long, i can power it on, wait 2 secs, then hit the answer button and its fine.
thanks!
