Transfer ringtones VIA Bluetooth RAZR

Hey i just got a V3 RAZR and i want to transfer ringtones from a V551 to the V3. i can't seem to figure it out. does anyone know how to do this? i'm stumped, btw i can't do it VIA computer my laptop doesn't have a bluetooth card, but i believe it's possible to send them from phone to phone. thanks ya'll!!

go to multimedia and then sounds pick your song, press menu, copy, and if your bluetooth is already connected to the other phone it should start doing it and you just accept if not, then connect both phones first and do that.

well i can't seem to get the phones to recgonize each other, i set one to like be able to be found, and i have the other to find devices. and it's switched the settings on the phone; IE v3 set to be able to see devices, 551 set to find devices, then i flop it so that the 551 can see devices and so on.

i have the phones like inches away from each other but still nothing.

maybe i try the copy option then connect? i'm not sure this is my first bluetooth phone i owned, upgraded from nextel.

You got to work with bluetooth alittle. Try this, take one of the phones go to setting>connection>bluetooth>settings>Power: (if it is off, turn it on) If it is on turn it off close the phone and then do the steps again and turn it back on.

Do the same with the other phone, so no both phones should be on, and then press LOOK for Device, it should come up 1/1 found and should say MOTOROLA PHONE or the persons name that they personally set.

If the Above didnt work but you have both bluetooth phones on try to go to Mulitmedia>sounds> Menu and Copy the song you want and it should automatically find a device close enough and they just press ACCEPT. Let me know if it works or not.

You need to like turn off both phones then turn back on again....and then try to like bond them via bluetooth, that should work.
