I want to free up space on my phone for ringtones and wallpapers I made. How can I delete T-Mobile's rings and wallpapers off of my Razr V3?

Find the phone memory section and delete away.

p2k tools is much easier then seem editing for managing files.

if you wanna have nice phone and so-so service take t-mobile, or good service but bad phone take verizon, but no way at&t, it sucks- I got at least 5 dropped calls a day, I thought its maybe just in New York but in Florida same s**t so I going back to t-mobile.

Connect your phone to PC using USB cable
First of all you have to install Motorola Modem Driver that takes a minute, then install P2K Tools, u can get it for free, after all done, Run P2K Tools after u have connected the phone to PC.
Press "Refresh Phone" on P2K Tools tab after GREEN DOT appeared. Browse the file in the phone you want to delete, ensure the file doesn't belong to SYSTEM, if so use attribute to change it. U can delete it know, either using your phone or thru' PC. Good Luck
