Help with Razr v3

please help yall..ok i left my phone at work over night..it was on alll night n i finially got it back..it aint broke or nuttin but all a sudden i i cant press shyt on my phone except the power button. I try n press numbers n it dont show up. The phone works cuz i called it n it rang n everything showed up but i clicked accept it wont let me but i can press the power button n im like huh. They say at work i have to restart my phone all together n erase everything but i dun kno if thats possible. when i presss sumthing it go to voice recorder and im like huh? Please help!

Try turning the phone off and removing the battery for about a minute. I have found this will work for just about any phone. Otherwise, you may have to take it to your nearest service provider location and have them troubleshoot it.
