    I currently have a Bell Phone in desperate need of a new model.

    I am going to choose between 2;

    a) Motorola RAZR V3
    b) Samsung A740.

    My question is which would be less likely to brake? Which one is more reliable (signal wise)? Which one is overall better?

    PLEASE DO NOT INCLUSE REASONS OF IMAGE (Such as RAZR looks cool!)

    I still can't decide what I'm gonna do!
    • Bell vs. Fido
    • RAZR V3c vs. Nokia 8801 vs. Nokia 7380

    PM me if you have any suggestions!

    If you have any questions, please PM me and I will gladly try and help you out!

    v3c is the CDMA version of Razr, I'm sure you know that but just wanted to make sure you didn't accidentally go out and buy the wrong one . At first glance of a side-by-side comparison between these two on phonescoop, I would say the Razr has a lot more features, seems to me a better phone. BUT I would also point out to you I don't have any experience with either phone and you shouldn't go buy it just because I said it looks cool. Use the link at the end of this post to compare the features, and hopefully someone who has one of these phones will come along and answer some of your questions about reception, durability, etc.

    Compare these two phones here at phonescoop

    Our company bought Samsung A900 phones and wanted hands-free car kits with Bluetooth capability. After two weeks of numerous phone calls to figure out a problem with the car kit ringing when the phone isn't, it turns out there is a major software problem with the Samsung A900 phone (not sure if it effects other Samsung phones). Samsung had terrible response and denied the problem until it became widely published. I would avoid the Samsung product.

    I wouldn't recommend the A740 to anyone. It's a below average camera phone with nothing more than basic functions.
