The earpiece volume is VERY low, even when turned up at highest volume. Has anyone heard of this as being a problem, or do I have a defective one? Thanks

Is it Bluetooth headset or the wired one that comes in the box?

Oh sorry, I misunderstood. How long have you had the phone? Has it been doing ever since you purchased it?

I've heard this elsewhere as a complaint. I would agree, being someone whose ears were definitely damaged by Jimi, Janis and Jim in the 60's.

I'm currently using a Motorola HS850 and am having some trouble hearing...

Can't you change the phone speaker volume using MPT or P2kTools?

This is very common with the Razr, you have to find the sweet spot on the earpiece and set it againts your ear for better sound quality, if that does not do the trick for you then to raise the Razr's volume you will have to seem edit your handset and raise the gain volume
