Motorola Razr V3 Help!!!!

I just bought a magenta razr v3 and there are two things that are confusing me.
1) How do I get the digital time to say 3:00 PM instead of 15:00??
2) I am a T-Mobile customer; is there a way for me to get to TZones?
I am in love with my new phone but these things are really driving me insane!

To change your time, consult your user manual. If you lost the original manual, you can easily download it by searching google.com for "razr v3" and "user manual".
