Re: Motorola Razr camera help!
When you are in camera view, press the menu key. Scroll down to Pictures Setup and press select, then scroll down to Shutter Tone and press change. Change the shutter tone to None. That should do it!

Re: Motorola Razr camera help!
Mine is a 3c and it has the none option. It's from Verizon

Re: Motorola Razr camera help!
Verizon did include the "none" option, at least in it's early software releases.
Tony, as usual, is right. Some providers seem to be writing this feature out of their software releases for security purposes. It allows the people being photographed (usually without their knowledge) to have some warning. More and more places (Government buildings, gym locker rooms, etc.) are prohibiting cell phones with cameras for security and privacy purposes, and the service providers are feeling the pressure to assist with compliance.
Sorry frenzy, it sounds like you might be out of luck. The only option for you would be to adjust the volume on your phone when you are taking pictures... of whatever or whoever you don't want to hear the shutter sound.LG VX9900 (enV)
