-RAZR V3i has a card slot, allowing for memory cards. This is the biggest difference, absolutley necessary if you want MP3s and alot of photos.
-Camera is far better in V3i - 1.23 Megapixel vs VGA (VGA = aprox. 0.3 megapixel)
    -V3i is iTunes compatible
    Favoring V3
-Battery is better in V3 - 7 hours talk time in V3 vs 3.5 hours talk time in V3i
-V3 is far cheaper, as Bourn said, $50-100 vs $250 for a brand new V3i (ebay probably has it cheaper, though)
The v3i actually has better battery life then the v3c, there are other features you have missed the v3i has build in EDGE hardware, but you cannot use it yet till they update the phone, both screens have a higher resolution. The inside screen has a better brighter pictures. The phone now allows full screen preview of video and camera.

Re: To Razr or Not to Razr

Just got the V3 in the mail yesterday. I could exchange it for the v3i within 30 days "if" the v3i is available in my market area by then.

However, I also recently got a very good small/portable 5 mp digital camera.
So, considering I don't need a phone for music (itunes) or a camera...I don't know if there's any other advantage the v3i would offer that would be enough of a reason to switch.

    Thanks for all the insights.
