    I had a black RAZR, that had been dropped several times and has a cracked outside LCD. The reception on it sucked after dropping it, it was VERY noticable. But it is fully funtioning beyond that.

    I just bought a Samsung D407 to replace it.

    What should I do with my RAZR?????

    (I'm new to the board btw)...

    all you need is a new LCD screen ($50). Easy to install too

    I'd be surprised if you listed the reserve price at $200. I probably wouldn't put a reserve price because some potential bidders look away when they see a reserve price. Just list what you had said, and see what goes from there.
