broken razr keypad

I was at a family party the other day and my uncle was drunk and accidentally spilled some alcohol on my phone, it powers on and it the insert sim sign comes on but none of the numbers work. can this be fixed? can I get a new keypad somewhere? thanks

Bring it in to a service center and ask to have it cleaned. That might do the trick.
