    Hey everyone my friend gave me a RAZR he had laying around but it's for Cingular... is there any way I could change the SIM cad in it so it will work with Verizon? Thanks

    You can't use a Cingular phone on a the Verizon network. Cingular uses GSM, while Verizon uses CDMA. CDMA & GSM are 2 different digital technologies. Besides, you'll see that Verizon doesn't use SIM cards.
