V3 RAZR help

hi. im new and dont really know much about my phone, which was a gift. i have a motorola v3 RAZR, im pretty sure its rogers, but i had it unlocked, and im on Fido pay-as-you-go. its my very first phone.
i have a USB cable and purchased the Mobile Phone Tools cd which allows you to transfer pictures and such to and from your phone.

the problem is, for some reason, this cd wont allow me to make ringtones on my own. im pretty sure its not because im stupid and cant read properly. the cd was once my brothers, and he said there was an extra program he had to download. however, his computer recently crashed, and he cant remember the program's name or even where he got it.

if anyone has any information about what i could download to start making ringtones, it would be greatly appreciated.

thanks. i really appreciate the help, and your ringtones are awesome. after a day of searching with only bathroom breaks, i've finally figured out how to make my own ringtones, and im officially obsessed. thanks so much for the sites, i love your ringtones. do you happen to know if theres any way to delete the ringtones that came with my phone off it? i'd like to clear up some memory space, but the free ringtones/wallpapers/screensavers that came with the phone refuse to come off.

There are ways and I'm sorry you actually PURSCHASED MPT (it's in the free stuff for your motorola thread) But the files take up such a small amount of space it's really pointless to erase them. If you still feel they should be erased then point your self to the everything you need to know about your rzar thread (keep in mind there are a few that have to stay on)
