is it possible to change the sim card for my razr

Hello I have a Motorola Razr and I am on Cingular service I wanted to know if I can change this to Net10. Would a Net10 sim card work and I am looking to get a prepaid plan.

Yes, but your phone need to be unlocked.

So once the phone is unlocked I can put a net10 sim card. I never saw a razr phone with a net10 service. I want to make sure this will work.

the Razr is a Quad-Band which means it uses 1900/1800/900/850 freq. if your phone is unlocked and net10 uses one of these freq. the razr should work with net10
