RAZR v3i iTunes help

ok, i searched through about 35 pages to try and find the answer to my question, but i couldn't find anything.

i just revieved my phone yesterday and tried out the iTunes. i got the songs on there just fine but whenever i try to use the "hide" function or close my phone while music is playing, i get "Application Error." this makes it so iTunes will no longer open unless i turn off the phone and turn it back on.

does anyone know what the problem is/might be? thanks in advance.

I don't have the v3i but i have the l7 and I "think" you may have to use the back option till it asks you if you want to continue playing then you should be able to close. I could be wrong but I only have my phone to go on now.

That also does not work. iTunes will only work if i leave the phone open and in the iTunes screen otherwise it closes with an application error

If U close the phone iTunes is playing the songs

Try not playing in Itunes - just on the phones music player.
