Razr Questions

I have the problem of having one copy on my SIM and one in the phone, so I see two of everything. I put everything on the phone under "Mobile" but the SIM has no option for category, and I had read on a prevous post here that you are supposed to be able to specify which categories it shows?

I cannot seem to find where to look to specify categories.

As a sidenote question, is it possible to use the Razr as a mic for other Windows Apps (I have the full PT).
