I just watched the "Kramer" rant video on You Tube that someone took with a cell phone. This video was 2:47 minutes long. Video recording on the RAZR v3c seems to be limited to 15 seconds. Is there any way to extend the recording time on the RAZR?

They could have been using the v3m, it has a memory card which allows you to have more video time.

To expand on Tony's post, many of the newer music player phones that have expandable memory (including the V3m and KRZR) will record videos that greater than :15 in length. The V3c simply doesn't have the built in memory to record longer than :15 at a time.
