My daughter's phone, v3c, is approx.5-8 mos. old. She just got it about 2 mos. ago. Working fine yesterday. Today she woke up and the phone won't go on, or should I just say, it flashes on. If you call it, it goes right to the voice mail.
I tried putting my battery on it, and it does the same thing.

Re: problem with razr
Take it to Verizon and see if they will replace it (it is still under manufacturer's warranty). Since the phone itself has only been available from Verizon for a year, (give or take a day or 2), there should be no problem, even though your daughter is not the original owner of the phone.

Got lucky. They replaced it. Unfortunately they couldn't retrieve her phone numbers since you couldn't get into the phone, and all the pictures and videos she just took when we were in Florida she lost.
Thanks for the helpful info!
