New RAZR V3 Language Problem?

Hello- I was wondering if someone could help me or steer me in the right direction. I won a RAZR 3V on Ebay and was listed as new and unlocked. I put my SIM in and it was set in a Spanish. I change the language to English but on the main screen where it should say"style" it says "modi uso". Also. if i go to settings, the word "personalize" reads "personalise" and there are a few more Spanish words as well. Is there a way to reset the whole phone or download new software? I took it to my carrier(Cincinnati Bell) and they couldn't help me. Anyone out there know what the problem may be or give me some assistance? Thanks.

You need to flash your phone with a language pack for English.

Thanks Tony! I looked at the link and am new at this. I know i need a USB cable but which flash would i use? I saw US English but was with other languages as well. I'm not very bright at this stuff but thanks for the help.

Yes, language packs usually have more than one language in a single pack..
word of caution..flashing and seem editing is not for beginners so be careful.

Some indepndent cellphone shops can also update your phone for you, you can also find some on Craiglist under Electronis search for Motorola.

Be very careful and heed Tony's words of warning. You can fry your phone if you don't know exactly what you are doing. Best bet is to look up flash and flex in Google and find a reputable company in your area who can help you with this. I use a couple different ones in Los Angeles and you can send me a private message to get their names if you are in California.

Yes i also have a guy in the San Fernando Valley as well as a shop on Melrose.
