HELP!!! Unlocking my Motorola Razor phone

So I have a Motorola Razor phone from Verizon that is locked and would like to use it on a different network with a different sim card, how do go about unlocking it... thanks in advance.

I have facing the same problem whem i am try to modify setting of call setup
then i got message "SIM Blocked".
how can i unblock the SIM. and what is the default master password and
PIN1 and PIN2 password.

i have motorola KZAR K1 phone.
my sim card is working properly but when i wana set my call cost then message apper
Sim Blocked .

i have one more problem. i am trying to connect my laptop to my
motorola KZAR K1 phone through bluetooth. the problem is that connection will estlibish
with laptop to mobile but when in try to push or pop an object then no activity is happen and connection will lost .
can anyone help me out
