I just got a krzr, and can't for the life of me figure out how to use my uploaded MP3's as ringtones. I asked repeatedly when I bought it to make sure that this phone included that feature, but now that I'm home, I don't know how to make it work.
I have the song I want stored on my phone, but cannot progress from there.
I have read both the manual, and searched these forums for something that makes sense, but either my menus are different or something else goes wrong.
The "Motomanual" says "MOTOKRZRK1M" in the top left corner, does this effect things?
My provider is Telus (Canadian)

Re: MotoKRZR K1m MP3 Ringtone help
hmm..
im really not sure what to do ...but heres an alternative way to get songs on your mobile phone via the internet.all you do is upload your mp3s from your PC to the internet,to the site : myMp3Tone.com - Create your own FREE mp3-ringtones ,then you can edit it if you want to, and then download it to your mobile phone via WAP.it should work.it works for me.also the service is independent of your provider, since it works on WAP, and also on the model of your mobile phone.
best of luck mate!
