Hello all
I've got my service thru at&t and bought a new v3xx. I'm on my 4th one now in since I bought my 1st one about 15 days ago. The problem I'm having is that after using the phone for a day or two the service drops to nothing. I've exchanged it 4 times now. Tech support and everyone else I've talked to is stumped. Something that might be causing this problem is the external antenna I bought for it. I havent hooked it up to this new phone and it still works fine. Also it might be the computer software I bought so that I can upload mp3 files to the phone. I havent hooked it up to this new phone either and it still works. What do you think the problem is? Any help would be much apriciated.
