My brother received an iPhone and I received his Razr. I like the phone apart from the fact that whenever I get voicemails, I can't answer them. When I first got the phone and I went to voicemail, it said please enter your security code. I did and everything worked fine. Now it says please enter your mailbox number. I had no idea what that was so I called my provider, not sure who it is but the help line was 611, and they gave me a number to dial for the mailbox. I did except whenever I do, the phone just states I have no greetings. How can I get to my voicemail? Where am I suppossed to go to access the missed called messages.
